The content it is not pornographic.

The pictures are promoting the automotive industry since the pictures where shot on different locations as well as the talented model.

3. RETURN POLICY

Only Faulty Items will be exchange (please see faulty items), all sales are final.

FAULTY ITEMS

Each one of our 16 pages calendar will be meticulously checked prior to delivery, in the rare event that you receive a faulty item (Calendar), please send it back (within 15 days of purchase date) at your own cost to the following address:

Attention: Faulty Calendar.

Please note that we can only send a new one after we receive the faulty item (calendar).

Please include the contact info & address where you would like to receive the new (same edition) calendar again. Also make sure to include purchase track number, if it is not provided and/or purchaser contact info does not match, the exchange return it will not be deliver.

If no contact and or address is provided, we will send it (the item - calendar) to the original address sent the first time when purchased.

After receiving the item (Calendar) please allow 4 weeks for returns to be processed.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen returns.

In the extremely rarely event that you bought more than one and they are all faulty items, please return each item individually (not all of them in the same shipment) as per our administration processing requires each faulty item to be returned as one individual item in the same way the will be individually shipped back to the customer.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

Since all sales are final, there is not cancelation policy.

The orders are immediately process after checkout or purchase button is hit.

In the event that you decide to cancel immediately after you purchase, try calling Customer Service right away and we will attempt if the order has not reached yet the “Processing” status; but we do not guarantee cancellations.

Once the purchased is processed and shipped, follow “faulty items” “send back delivery process”; you have within 15 days since purchase date to send back the product other wise the refund for cancelation it will not take place.

Please include as well the following information: cancelation reason, contact info (name, phone & address), purchase track number, failing to provide the information requested will result in no refund.

After receiving the item (Calendar) please allow 4 weeks for refunds to be processed.

You will receive a full refund of product cost minus $6.55 for administration process (per calendar unit) and minus refund for shipping cost (per calendar unit), regretfully once the order has been shipped we will not be able to refund that amount.

Orders within any of the fifty states are sent via Standard Delivery, Priority, or Express Air. Via USPS and/or Private Couriers Companies.

Delivery service are not guaranteed for US protectorates, APO, and FPO address. Not responsables for lost or stolen. No Refunds.

Correctional Facilities:
USPS and Standard Delivery only. Certain materials are prohibited is some facilities. They have thier own label and packing requirements that may not be consitent with our shipping procedures. Check with your facility prior to placing an order.

Due to institutional policies that may restrict direct-to-consumer shipments. We cannot guarantee delivery to correctional facilities. We recommend to ship items to their own address and then hand-deliver to correctional facility.
